I don't think I've cried so much since Lassie

Ok, I'll put that on my watch list then.
I'm not sure I could handle more dog deaths and sad endings

OMG Hachi had me in floods OH warned me too lol
Any animal films get me I'm such a wimp. Animal books too I read Marley & Me about 2 years before the film came out read it in 1 night and cried for most of itFirst Date 08/11/2008, Moved In Together 01/06/2009, Engaged 01/01/10, Wedding Day 27/04/2013, Baby Moshie due 29/06/2019 :T0 -
My parents gave up taking me to the cinema to see films with animals in after I cried my eyes out during Bambi, Watership Down and 101 Dalmations. I bawled through ET, and he was neither man nor beast, so cute though.
Lassie use to make me cry as did The Incredible Journey. I also couldn't watch Tom and Jerry. Would cry my eyes out when Tom got hurt or changed shape!
Marley and Me I am yet to see without a pack of tissues to hand. As for Warhorse, oh dear what a wash out that was, whole box of Kleenex required for that film. The best day of your life is the one on which you decide your life is your own, no apologies or excuses. No one to lean on, rely on or blame. The gift is yours - it is an amazing journey - and you alone are responsible for the quality of it. This is the day your life really begins.0 -
I took my Mum, daughter and son to see Hachi when it came out in the cinema. What a waste of money - everyone was bored. The film was dark, the music was depressing and it mostly consisted of a dog walking to and from a train station!0

Even as a horse lover I didn't cry at Warhorse, just didn't connect with the characters somehow.
The one I remember was called Escape from the Dark about pit ponies...never seen it since and not sure I want to...0
