A lion called Christian, the long one. That has me in floods for days. It was on TV a few years ago, but is on you tube.

Oh just remembered...... Monsters Inc where Sulley has to chop up Boo's door and won't ever see her again, that had me gulping back the tears :o

that made me well up too - although I really lost it when he manages to put the door back together and when he opens it you hear Boo say "Kitty?" and Sully's face lights up - so it's sad crying then happy crying!

I bawled my eyes out at the end of Pan's Labrinyth, Moulin Rouge where Satine dies on stage and everyone is clapping cos they think it's part of the play.

I also got really tearful at the first Ice Age where the animals return the baby to his dad - although I was pregnant at the time so think that may have contributed!

Haven't seen Hachi but Marley and Me nearly finished me off.

The bit at the end where the poor old dog gets PTS brought back far too many desperately sad memories for me. Took me a week to get over watching that.

Then when my 12 year old grandson watched it, he sobbed so much his dad was nearly ready to call an ambulance because he couldn't get his breath!

Oh yes that is awesome. That had me crying too.

    Happy moneysaving all.
  • I can't listen to Jessie's song in Toy Story 2, even after watching it a million times with my son, without bawling. The Secret Millionaires confessing all when they hand out their cash makes me howl and Bridge to Terabithia is a no-no as well. My mum would not let me and my sisters watch Lassie when we were young - she couldn't cope with three sobbing girls.

Had some not so good news this morning and was feeling a bit down...sat and watched Marley and Me and used that as an excuse to bawl my eyes out. Am glad I'd seen this thread for the warning as until the other day I'd thought I'd be watching a comedy!

The bringing the money in scene at the end of It's a Wonderful Life works everytime for me.

The beginning of UP and the end of Toy Story 3 never fail either.

And if I am really feeling really sensitive the "I am Spartacus" scene will also do the trick.

And we're not talking gentle ladylike tears like you see in films, oh no, mine are big fat ones complete with red face and snotty nose. It's a cheap form of therapy :D
Be careful what you wish for, you just might get it!!
