With the imminent launch of the iphone 5 and the Galaxy Note 2, How long do you reckon it would be worth waiting to see the money saving advantage of going into contract for either the iphone4s /Galaxy Note /Blackberry Torch 9810.
I have the BB 9800 and I find it great, but now as with all computers/struggling with all the updates and new apps. It has gone slow (not going to get into the service...((3uk!!!)))
I have a sign and graphics company and I see that the note is looking good for graphics, but a lot of my friends (I feel sheep...lol) have the iphone etc but the connectivity and almost unlimited apps are appealing, even if you cant text easily on public transport/friends car (roads are awful around where I live). So the BB seems the possible best.
So overall my questions to you are:
* Should I wait 1 -2 months to buy due to apple/samsung release?
* BB / Samsung / iphone?
Thanks

I wouldn't get a bb07 device at this stage and will RIM even exist as a stand-alone company come the start of 2013?0

Yeah I get what you mean about RIM....but I am sure they will be bought out and some slight alterations made and a similar service offered. Will be interesting... I dont know how many subscribers to their phones/systems there are, but must be worth some money to someone. We shall see... lol;)
Thanks:D0 -
Rim stuff could be cheap as they lose market share .
But like Windows 7 mobile not a product i would want in the current market .
I would look hard at the IPad and the current Note .
The IPad in its latest version is outstanding .

The note and iPhone 5 are too different things, ones a giant screened monster and the other is a portable phone, the new iPhone is comparable to he Samsung s3. I wouldn't touch blackberry the way things are now0
