Yahoo, my employer has upheld all my complaints, and it has gone on now to be investigated.......so relieved, and feeling a weight off my shoulders.... all I wanted was to let them know it was happening in the office.0

Just wondering if I wanted to take it further, can I go to an industrial tribunal, if I don't agree with the decision..... union no help so far.0

I agree with John, why are you preempting that the investigation will not be to your satisfaction? If you wanted to raise awareness then surely you have achieved that? You need to give them the opportunity to fix if nothing else or your willingness to fix may be questioned. Good luck..Why would you want to take it further?0

The union has said go for compensation, as I have been in financial difficulties because of this bullying. I will go with their advice, as I really don't know how to go about these things. Also the guy in the union has to look at everything before they wil back me. I am feeling better and intend to go back to work asap.0
