Yahoo, my employer has upheld all my complaints, and it has gone on now to be investigated.......so relieved, and feeling a weight off my shoulders.... all I wanted was to let them know it was happening in the office.

Just wondering if I wanted to take it further, can I go to an industrial tribunal, if I don't agree with the decision..... union no help so far.

Why would you want to take it further?

Got my appointment for my interview, and the union have now stepped into action....thank goodness.
  • That's good news re the union, These people may be able to offer advice too - ACAS. Good luck
  • I agree with John, why are you preempting that the investigation will not be to your satisfaction? If you wanted to raise awareness then surely you have achieved that? You need to give them the opportunity to fix if nothing else or your willingness to fix may be questioned. Good luck..

The union has said go for compensation, as I have been in financial difficulties because of this bullying. I will go with their advice, as I really don't know how to go about these things. Also the guy in the union has to look at everything before they wil back me. I am feeling better and intend to go back to work asap.
