I have closed my account with t- moblie and is in credit because I paid my final bill twice. I have received a final bill from T- Mobile showing that the account is in credit but they have not refunded the money.
I really do not want to call them because their customer services is not the best so was wondering if T-Moblie will just refund the money without me asking.

You will have to call them. It's a 50/50 chance that they will refund without you asking them. You could write a letter if you don't feel up to calling them.:footie:
Regular savers earn 6% interest (HSBC, First Direct, M&S)
Loans cost 2.9% per year (Nationwide) = FREE money.
