Top Up TV / Additional Freeview Channels

Hiya,
My cousin would like more channels through her Freeview box - I'm hoping someone can advise me of the best option for her.
She lives in a residential home so satellite dishes and any service that needs a phoneline are out.
Buying a new box is fine but it has to be one of the talking ones as she's blind. (Incidentally, I've been looking at this one for her http://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/Goodmans-Freeview-Set-Top-Box-Smart-Talk-Digital-GDB20TTS-Receiver-Audio-TV-/180891885693#vi-content - does anyone know if it's ok)
She likes films (she's mentioned Movies 4 Men to me - is this a channel??) and sci-fi. So far, all I can find is Top-Up tv that seems to charge almost £20 a month for its film and tv package. I might be living in the past but I could've sworn I've seen services advertised cheaper than this?
Is Top-Up tv's package her best bet or am I missing something better?
Many thanks

Unless there is something wrong with her existing box or an aerial fault it is unlikely that a another box will add anything. Further that Goodmans box is not compatible with TUTV. Movies for Men is a satellite channel, though was broadcast on Freeview in the Manchester area for about a year but that has now stopped and it has not happened anywhere else. You don't say what channels she receives so its difficult to know what if anything is missing.0

Thanks for your reply. As far as I know, there are no channels missing. She just wants more choice as she spends a lot of time watching tv - sorry, I should've made that clear.
Thanks for the info on Movies 4 Men and especially about the Goodmans box no being compatible with tutv. I'll discuss this with her as it'll obviously affect her decisions."Don't sacrifice what you want most for what you want now"

If she is on a relay rather than a main transmitter, then only a small number of Freeview channels will be available. Nothing you can do about this unfortunately. No free lunch, and no free laptop

OK thanks all. Not the best news but at least we know how the land lies
