Random charges on my three bill.

I have a mobile on the One plan with three, which in case anyone doesn't know has 2000 minutes, 5000 3 to 3 minutes, 5000 texts and all you can eat data.

I have just started the contract and started my first full billing cycle today, I have sent 51 text messages and used 466MB of internet, but when I check my three it shows I have 45p charges for this usage, this is listed under calls, texts, downloads and euro internet, these texts were to UK numbers and all used in the UK.

Can anyone speculate on what this could be for, because I signed up for the allowances mentioned above for £34 per month, not with extra charges inside my allowance, as far as I know.

My worry is that this will carry on and 45p charges every day will end up costing me over £13 over the month and in addition to my contract I will have to pay over £47. I am sure nothing was mentioned in the terms, and I am sure I should not get charged using anything inside my allowance.

Does anyone have some advice? I am going to call three as soon as possible but I am new to contract phones and I could do with some advice first.

In addition, I have used tethering but tethering is included in the one plan.

In another thread you mentioned you don't have a landline and that you had to call a non geographic number, non geographic numbers are not included in your airtime bundle.

just got off the phone it was delivery reports, I really can't believe you get charged for them on contract, there free on pay as you go

Not sure why folk activate them anyways, send a message and if you get a response, you know the text had arrived. Glad you got it sorted though.

For whatever reason you might not get a reply, whether the recipient has no credit or they don't want to reply, I like the piece of mind but I'll turn email off cos I get charged time receive them.

That is true, but I do not need to know if they receive the text, naturally the text receipt has it's uses. Not sure why you get charged to recieve email, it is part of the data allowance.

Typical 3 I am afraid, had nothing but problems, i hope your experience is better :-)
