Dine in for £10 with Aldi - Challenge

If you wanted to push the boat out and add a starter, DH swears by the Thai fishcakes with chiili sauce. I bought them to share but so far he's always eaten them to himself as a ready meal when I'm out!

Also Aldi does a fantastic selection of cold meats so things like ham with melon would be great.

I know this is a money saving thread but ust thinking if anyone wanted to make it a 'posh' three courses.

Will definitely try the fishcakes next time we're in.

I agree about the cold meats. I buy their Parma ham and when I'm cooking from scratch (which I do, honest!), I get the Aldi free range chicken breasts, stuff them with any of the following:

Aldi sun dried tomatoes
Aldi chorizo sausage
Aldi Mozarella cheese

and then wrap them in the Parma ham before cooking in the oven.
