rofl , i have a better challenge buy fresh ingredients and cook yourself a meal without added salt , additives, sugars and other such things they put into prepared meals.
Do that the other 29 nights of the month...oh and lets not forget the 80+ packed lunches and endless breakfasts. Nowt wrong with a night off every once in a while.People seem not to see that their opinion of the world is also a confession of character.

It would, though, be interesting also to come up with some recipes from scratch that can be bought cheaply at Aldi. I know Sainsbury's are very good for their recipes but I imagine you could make much cheaper recipes from Aldi.0

Thanks teapackets! There is some good stuff there, but most of the main meals look less than palatable.
Sainsbury's are the best supermarket for posting up simple recipes (& you can easily get some of the stuff from Aldi etc
).
