Which is a very typical response on this forum.

The op quite clearly states they have a very small 4 space car park, abused by scum that don't shop there.
You post a link to a missing blue badge in a large retail park, as some way to show the op how they're wrong to complain about motorists, and how they should shut up and put up with it.

No, you miss the point again. smiley-rolleyes010.gif

No one objects to people having and maintaining restricted parking places. It is the outrageous extortion demanded by PPCs for any infringement with no regard to legality or truth or the real cost.

Can I ask what is your point of posting here ? You obviously don't contribute constructively, are you like this on other parts of mse as well ? I have yet to see a post from you that has any genuine points to discuss.
Excel Parking, MET Parking, Combined Parking Solutions, VP Parking Solutions, ANPR PC Ltd, & Roxburghe Debt Collectors. What do they all have in common?
They are all or have been suspended from accessing the DVLA database for gross misconduct!
Do you really need to ask what kind of people run parking companies?

    Good.
Bring back clamping then, or towing the scumbags away?
Or perhaps you have an alternative that would help the op out, as you are clearly in support of them as well.

I think if you continue to carry on calling potential visitors and new members of this forum 'scumbags', were going to have to start reporting all your posts......................

Indeed you can. I am completely in support of the op. If you have a problem with me posting a viewpoint you don't like, you don't need to thank me. Beyond that, if you don't like my opinion, feel free to put me on your ignore list.

I think you'll find I haven't. I have coined a phrase for ignorant motorists that abuse private car parks, and those that tailgate out to avoid paying. They are "scumbags " I hope it becomes as popular as your use of "parasites" for all PPC's. I still support the op in this thread. I suggest if you don't like my viewpoint, put me on ignore, or join the "no mikey72" club.

So what makes you think that anyone is against the OP on here ? And I have no wish to place you on an ignore list as you are not worthy of such measures. Now every post I have seen of yours on this forum is always having a dig at people offering advice on here, but you offer nothing constructive to anyone, just like the ppc trolls you try and confuse people looking for advice with your own variety of trollism. Isn't that right ?

But mikey you do miss the point. This forum is about SAVING money, ESP from scammers and extortionists like PPCs. This is not against the OP, but just remember where you are posting and the reasons.
As has been stated numerous times, (& in stickies!) inappropriate parking is not condoned but extortion by aggresive, bullying tactics is something that should be fought.

I think the point being made, and which you are either choosing to miss or are actually missing, is that PPCs are not the answer to bad parking. They are totally unregulated without an independent appeals process and many are run by people with criminal records. Clamping doesn't help either - it doesn't release the space for starters. Suggesting PPCs, clampers and towaway are the answer means we might as well allow firms to hire a minibus of knuckle dragging yobs to patrol a car park and break the legs of anyone who disobeys the "rules". PPCs are nothing but gangster style enforcement.

Woosh - missed the point again. Why would anyone allow racketeering - which is what clamping amounted to.
