help letter from barclays reg ppi claim please

    1.i used mse template which states `dont sign name print it`

    2.i got letter from bank asking me to ` sign it` before they could continue..i asked should i sign it-when this websites templates says do not..its not erocket science..yet my question seemed to be one on the million pound drop

    Excuse me but that is a rather rude reply, had you been more explicit in your original post then we could have cleared things up more quickly.

    Having checked the template letter and the help word document I will quote what it says.

    I think you are being very rude for someone who is looking for help! The form doesn't say anything about printing and not signing at all, so I am rather baffled as to where you are getting that from.

    just sign the letter and send it off, don't sign the letter and your complaint will go nowhere - do either I'm not bothered

    if you decide that you still don't want to sign and take it to the FOS they won't evan look at it because you havnt given your bank a chance to sort the issue - let alone the FOS forms also require a SIGNATURE.....
