they have sent a letter back saying although they have received my complaint i have not provided signed authorisation on it ?..i was advised never to sign on my previous claims and just print..barclays said in letter they rerturned my original complaint to sign but theyve sent a photocopy as it has barclays printing on bottom..should i send it back signed ? also they say i cannot ring them to discuss as they cant identify third party callers and if i need to speak to them to ring another number and theyll call me back..advice plse

Don't see what the problem is in signing it and sending it back? Unless (and quite likely) others know something I don't?0

not sure what the issue is? sign it and send it back if its just the FOS questionnaire0
-
its not fos form its a letter from barclays bank0

the issue is why should i have to sign my complaint letter-when all templates state print name dont sign..0
-
why is it an issue though? if its clear its just your complaint your signing whats the problem? i think your making a mountain out of a mole hill here0

Can anyone shed any light on this one?
I, too, cannot see the issue with providing a signature to proceed.0 -

nope, i dont understand it at all - i could understand if it was some other letter and he wanted advice before signing it. but as it seems its just the complaint he's signing i don't understand what the issue with signing it is...:whistle:0
