Ikea Kitchen Sale

I have decided on an Ikea kitchen and will hold on for the sale if it is not too far away. Does anyone know when their sale of fitted kitchens is likely to start? Also why do built in microwaves cost at least £250? The seem like the £30 one we use now with a bit of a surround?

I wouldnt say Ikea kitchen are standard sizes as the doors are only 700mm high. Standard would be 720mm
