They didn't know in my local branch either. Just tell them to ring customer services. I did that and the girl said "Oh thats a great deal", then put 2 copies of the mag under the counter!

they wouldnt let me use my voucher against anything different in the bradford store, so i emailed head office, but have had no reply - the girl behind the till made me feel so bad - very embarrassing...not going to bother again....

i dont know how to do a link but if you go to shop but dont drop and look under the boots bargain hunt you will find a copy of the email sent by boots headoffice, maybe you can print this and bring it with you as it has a contact name for a guy in boots on it.
i can now also recommend the body sculpting mousse, lovely and soft and smooth and i forgot to say before that the hand and nail cream is great as we were using it before the offer started

I think more branches are becoming aware of this change to the offer...but it is useful to have a copy of the email - just in case. I tried two different branches in Leeds City Centre today, one knew all about it - the other didn't...but does now!!! :j


BTW...The Contour Firming Gel is wonderfully cooling on tired feet!

Boots should commend us all on providing a higher level of customer service in their stores, after all it is us the customers who are providing the service to the staff at the moment!

A new Boots has just opened in town and no foot cream.

I came back to this post to report how silly this was and find I didn't need to get the foot cream after all. Another trip tomorrow to claim my freebie and more mags now I know that I can use the vouchers after all...do you reckon that you'll get triple advantage points too?!

No offence anyone but perhaps we are having difficulty because people are using more than one voucher and I think it might be a little unfair.
