Hi, I recently applied for a phone and contract with phones for you over the phone, everything went fine.
I then noticed before my phone arrived that I could get £50 cashback through top cashback. I phoned phones for you returned phone cancelled contact, the phone never even left its box.
I applied over the net via topcashback for the same phone / contact and have had this back '
During one of our standard checks, we hit a problem and could not finalise your order.
There are a number of reasons why this happens; it could be down to something as simple as a typing error on the application form. Unfortunately, due to security reasons, we can’t give you the exact reason why your order hasn’t been successful on this email.
My own phone was stolen and now Im a bit stuck, any ideas?? Suppose that will teach me to try and be smart.
Do I apply again or do I need to be careful with the amount of credit checks? The email states if they are able to help you that will be intouch within 72hrs, so Im guessing they arent able to help.

Phone them and find out what the reason for the rejection of the second order is.
The reason will no doubt be because you are attempting to take contracts out through them in short period of time, probably with same network and it will raise an alarm bell or too.
You need to talk to them if you want to sort it out - then order most likely be successful if they are happy.0 -
Done yourself a favour, would never buy a phone from them again. Agreed an upgrade with them over the phone once and didn't get the 1st months line rental free.0
