My problem will be that I would only go to to the course to throw in their faces that those cameras are only there to collect money, etc etc.

In that case I would suggest taking the course would be a bad idea for you. Bear in mind that in order to avoid the conviction and points, you don't just have to attend the course, you have to pass it. I understand that very few people fail as it's extraordinarily easy to pass. But one of the ways you can fail is to take along the attitude you're described.

It's not as if you'd achieve anything, or come out with something they haven't heard a million times before. It may make you feel better on the day, but if you were disruptive or argumentative enough that they didn't pass you, you'd then have all the costs of the course (including time and lost income) plus all the costs of the conviction (fine, insurance premium hike etc.) and I don't imagine that would make you feel better in the long run.

When I did my course the instructors made it quite clear that any stroppiness would result in the offender being chucked out, and they would not get their money back either. Then they would have to attend court with the risk of increased penalty points and an increased fine. Interestingly enough, the particular person concerned quietened down and at the end he agreed that perhaps the instructors knew something that he didn't.
I can afford anything that I want.
Just so long as I don't want much.
