Nearing end of o2 contract

Hi there, I am coming to the end of my 24 month contract in 2 months, is there anyway I can request a final bill for the last 2 months as I already have a PAYG Sim and have been wanting to change numbers anyways, I'd rather have the final £100 as one bill and know the contract will not be renewed so I can move on.

If you want to end the contract 2 months early you just need to pay the remaining amount although you should get a small discount as I dont believe they can charge VAT on something they dont supply. Just make sure you get everything confirmed in writing.

You'll have to phone them and give 30 days notice to cancel.

the contract wouldnt renew, it would just become a rolling monthly contract (30 days or whatever needed at anytime to cancel).. so best to give your months notice at the start of the last month - that way service would terminate on the 1st day after last month..

You tell them you need to terminate and want a final bill to pay off your obligation in full. And for the 'no VAT' suggestion, nope VAT is charged at the full rate, it is the inclusive bundle that MAY be discounted - but this is a the discretion of the vendor.
