Now I've a massive expense coming up next March, which is the extension of work permit and visa. I will have to pay £2250 in visa fee and show £1500 savings in my account from December as maintenance fund for that. We calculated that we need to put aside £535/month for that. Now I'm feeling very tensed about how PP/the creditors gonna look at this.
Well, I suppose that the line of argument is that if you have to leave the country, it is not in the interests of your creditors.

Anyway being Muslim, I thought you were not supposed to get involved in credit?

Yes, that's the line of argument here - if I have to leave the country, creditors will have to chase the debt in a foreign country. I won't be able to pay towards my debts as much as I can in the UK. So it'll take longer to settle the debt.

Muslims are not supposed to get involved in anything where there are Interests. But my situation hasn't got anything with what Muslims are supposed/not supposed to do.

My only concern at this moment is, will my creditors care if I'll have to leave the country or not?
