Talktalk no line but sending bill

I went to TALKTALK in March my line was suppose to be connected on March 15th on the 19th I rang also emailed they said that "BT" would be with me by 3pm they found a problem and said that there were no line available to this property and they would have to work at the exchange.................End of March still NO line and I than receive a bill ...........I only have a mob phone and cant afford to keep ring I have sent quite a few emails with no response at the end of April I receive another bill I rang them but how do you explain to someone that only speaks limited English "THAT I DO NOT HAVE A LANDLINE" ????????
I now open the bills wright that I don't have a land line and return to sender.
I am now getting letters from debt agencies which I have also put in take me to court as I don't have a land line and returned to sender ..............
and to top it all my next door neighbour whom I don't speak to his TALKTALK bill keeps coming to my house even though I have wrote on the envelope, rang them and emailed ...........
Ok sorry rant over xx :mad:

dont hold your breath they rang me following my rant on here over my service said they wanted to resolve the situation and duly hung up when i rang back no one knew anything about the phone call - just about sums them up.0

Why do you want to be with TalkTalk anyway? They are notorious for billing problems and poor customer relations.
You can spend days and days trying to get things sorted, and life is too short for this. Get out of their clutches now!0 -

All TalkTalk Customers have an account number. This is confirmed either in My Account, On your TalkTalk Bills or the welcome pack recieved following your order.
If you do not yet have an account setup with us any queries should be directed to the Sales Teams.

If the OP has had a bill though, right or wrong, it would have had an account number on it in all fairness though. Not having a go at the OP btw, but it would make things easier for the company to be able to check it.4 Stones and 0 pounds or 25.4kg lighter :j0

we are talking TalkTalk here I have been with them for 3 months had nothing but problems their billing systemj is a shambles customer services are totally inept and they want to charge me £100 to leave them breakerage fee and Ofcom say they are right in what they are doing so I am stuck until my contract ends but i will NOT be renewing again I have learnt a painful lesson regarding this company.0
