So now I need either: A consumer-focused benefactor to underwrite the cost (have sent message to Martin Lewis)

Good luck mate, the last I heard he was laughing all the way to the bank and all his new banker friends that were once his arch enemies. I don't think he'll have the time of day for this to be honest or the financial support. It would be nice if he did though.

Sadly the BPA have got us all stitched up. This may still be a big mess from a legal POV however its the first step on the ladder to totally screwing the motorist and the government is in bed with the BPA on the idea :(

Master bates, is this personal to you?
I take it you are happy with extorting money from people for silly made up rules are you?
They do say, "what goes around comes around".
Good luck for the future master bates123.

I believe that “bates123” has a connection with the private parking industry. If so, then it is possible that any comments they make may have a hidden agenda.

The usual culprit is Michael Perkins, the owner of Combined Parking Solutions (CPS).

Posting for financial gain is against the rules of the MSE forums.

Posting on internet forums using aliases is against the British Parking Association (BPA)’s own guidelines ...

The post has been reported. The user has been added to my ignore list. Don’t quote any of his posts.

lol at bates, i wish it was you that gave me a ticket the other day even though i hadnt been in the unloading bay for more than 15 minutes. I would love to have snapped a pic of your face when i gave you the ticket back and slapped it on your windscreen whilst telling you to stop littering my car. and shrink in size when told if you touch my car again i will phone the police.
Robbing money from patients and reletives who get caught up and cant get out to top up their tickets because of treatment etc. And the new meters are a classic way to rob more as people partic the elderly get confused and do it wrong.
one day you will need the services provided to you for your health, please make sure you pay your £8 for the days parking!!!!!! as i am sure your employees really respect you :rotfl: (not) and would never ticket their boss.
i can proudly say that i know of staff now that are wising up to your antics and not paying the invoices you ask.
at rough guess about 12 tickets that i know of this week being ignored so lot less money for you:D
the word is spreading in the west and a few letters have been drafted for posting to relevant local newspapers that need storys. A few people have now made up a load of stickers to stick on your misleading silly car park signs.
Just for record i had good chat with a ticket chap the other day in another carpark, as i do pay and display. he said he didnt like the job and knew about the shallowness of the whole thing. in his words the company is rotten to the core.........

So much for the "we will take them on and win because we are right".
What did you think, a £25 claim in the small claims court.

So now its time to put your money where you mouth is.

You only pay if you lose and surely the legal knowledge of all you experts and keyboard warriors at MSE, PEPIPOO and CAG (with others) cannot lose as they surely know everything, so its a dead cert surely !!!

All mouth and no trousers, typical.

    War is declared my ar*e

!!!!!!!! if you realy are representing a PPC get yourself properly registered on here, so people can understand where your coming from.

Bates I can only agree with spider soprano i have had pcns and thanks to tristonia and to many other kind people to name on this wonderful site who apparantly giving me bad advice i have not paid a penny.

    MSE: 10 points
    PPC: 0 points .

You get no points as when i was a kid my mum taught me that if i ever lied, cheated, stole, bullied, intimidated, deceived, fleeced, stole etc the i would never prosper :D
