    No not automatically.
    you have to fone customer services and ask for it.
    usually takes about 7 days and they will send you (or fone you) with a code which you punch into ur fone and the locks will be released. :)

    Should be noted the £30 is at least £30 in total you have topped up with them since having the Virgin Mobile, and not a new £30 top-up to unlock.
    It's PAC not PAC Code, it's MAC not MAC Code, it's PIN not PIN Number, it's ATM not ATM Machine, it's LCD not LCD Display, it's DVD not DVD disc... It's no one not noone, It's a lot not alot, It's got not gotten... Panini is the plural of panino - there is no S!!
