No not automatically.
you have to fone customer services and ask for it.
usually takes about 7 days and they will send you (or fone you) with a code which you punch into ur fone and the locks will be released.

Should be noted the £30 is at least £30 in total you have topped up with them since having the Virgin Mobile, and not a new £30 top-up to unlock.It's PAC not PAC Code, it's MAC not MAC Code, it's PIN not PIN Number, it's ATM not ATM Machine, it's LCD not LCD Display, it's DVD not DVD disc...
