    Hi there,

Was this a one-day only clearance, or 'until stocks run out'? I have read conflicting messages and wondered if it was worth a trip up to my local store (dragging the three kids behind me).

It started Sunday but presumably they will carry it on until they sell out everything?

    GET TO ICELAND!!!!!!!!!

I have just been and came backwith a car load. Big Pizzas, for £1, Cakes, Ice creams, 50p. Shoulders of lamb £2. Etc, Etc loads and loads of reduced items. They will deliver too. Wine for £2.50 a bottle (Stowells). and lots more. It will be in stock until it's gone so I would suggest an early trip. I filled the freezer so have no room for more. But even the wine was a good price...

    Hi

As I said in my original post. The sale will last as long as the stock does.

Our Depots are completely filled with all thes discontinued lines and will carry on being sent to stores until all stock is gone.

We have new "normal" deals to put out when all the discontinued is gone but have been told NOT to put any new deals out until the old stock is cleared.

I am glad a lot of you have taken my advice and got yourself some bargains it makes a change me saving people money when I have used this site to do just that.

Glad I could "put" something back

    Best Wishes

    Michael

Cheers, Michael for the original tip! Freezer is completely filled now. Bargain of the day was frozen salmon stuffed with soft cheese and watercress...leftover from the Christmas range, good until September. It was originally £6.99 on the box, now marked down to £2! Also boxes of Kleenex tisses, originally £1.15, now marked down to 50p each, Iceland 'half pounder' beefburgers...two in each box...50p each (stock up now for BBQ season!)! So much was on sale, well worth the special trip.
  • Just come back from our Iceland and spent £15, saved a tenner on BOGOFS and loads on sale stuff. The sale in ours wasn't that impressive though.

    just got back from Iceland,
    some of the bargains I had were;
    16 portion blackforest gateaux £2.50
Oatso simple (pack of 8) £1 and BOGOF
    Vanish stain remover £1
    Ryvita 20p
    Amoy chinese vegetable packs 50p
    Sanchez pot noodle 50p
    Ernest & Julio white/red wine £3
Galaxy truffle icecream bars pack of 4 50p
    1kg pork chops £2
    Family pies £1.50
    box Alpen bars £1
    Go-Cat dried food 50p

all the usual Iceland deals are on too including the '....all this for £5' and can be seen here these will change on April 30th.
Iceland are discontinuing over 1000 lines and although most of the non-frozen goods have been shipped out today there are still a lot of frozen goods noy instore yet,

Some inner city stores carry specific ethnic ranges, all these are being discontinued so will be at reduced prices.

Did the £3.99 come off for every 2 bottles as well, like the OP said?
