Yeh they are franked and reposted why should I have their rubbish am doing nothing just getting on with my life why should I pay more I already doI pay annually or a permit for a service they don't seem to be providing Apcoa have just taken from the staff a car parking area and made it into a pay and display area
If they are franked, add a bit of weight to the letter (tape or staple some paper behind the envelope), it might trigger a "underfranked" charge to the idiots.0
