Roxburghe

Hi I have just received the second of two letters from Roxburghe I have previously read your links on this and therefore am not going to pay the £88 parking charge I am a permit holder and I find that as paying this amount yearly to park on site they are not full filling their end of the bargain by supplying car parking spaces for the staff I should imagine the next four letters will see an end to this if not and as they say they will potentially take me to court then so be it I will have my day there until then as it has previously been mentioned here I ignore all correspondence as the owner of the car is my husband I have told him not to get involved as he is not obliged to sa who the driver was .....I hope this makes sense to you minus the dots and commas

Don't forget that you won't get Bailiffs (despite paperwork saying otherwise) unless its to do with a failed court case, all you will get is paperwork from debt collectors who are realistically helpless.

Roxburghe's (who will pretend to be Graham White Solicitors in a letter or two from the one you have), have NEVER put a case in front of a judge, despite sending out hundreds if not thousands of these letters.

Graham White Solicitors have a fat file on them at the Solicitors Regulation Authority for making these baseless threats.

Graham White did file one court case, although they didn't show up. Perhaps they thought that would've been enough to stop the SRA investigation.

And Roxburghe have their own file at the OFT, who are "minded to revoke" their CCA licence.

Yes, that's what I meant by not actually getting it in front of the judge.

I suspect it may well have been as a result of the SRA investigation.

I have read this statement a few times. Do you know if it is ongoing, ie will they make up their minds soon ?
