Exciting stuff! Sorry, I can't say I know either of the areas that well so can't offer advice. Out of curiosity, as we are planning a move away from where we have lived if everything goes to plan in a few years, do you have any links there? or just building a new life?

    Good luck!
  • Oooh how exciting. Terrifying too of course, but very exciting! Have you started browsing Rightmove yet?

  • Wow! How exciting! I don't have any advice on those areas but they are both lovely :) May it be swift and none stressful :D

I made your swede, BNS goulash you posted the other day. Was very lovely, thanks for sharing.

Glad you liked it Purp. Since going no sugar my meals have been very fibreful :rotfl:

Hi Darpett. No links at all. Mr F wants to be closer to the boys as they are on the verge of starting their own families (they are five hours away from us at the moment). We like the rural life but the South is getting so crowded now and it takes ages to travel if you have to go anywhere near the M25. House prices here are ridiculous so we can use the move to be MF :T or increase the mortgage a little and buy our dream home :o

Of course I am browsing Rightm0ve VH :D Can't help myself. We have seen a perfect house already but I'm not engaging emotionally because it could take months or years to sell here. Who can resist a little bit of house !!!!!! :rotfl:

  • I'm feeling so much more focused now I have a big goal to work towards. This diary might actually become about MS for a change :rotfl: The loaves are certainly going to outweigh the lilies for a while.

My FB sales are going really well with lots of pick ups planned for this week. Anything that doesn't sell will be put on Fleabay. It's very dangerous having cash in my purse though if Mr F knows it's there - he asked for £20 this morning  He has to go into the office today so will need some cash and I do have a budget for his non-refundable business expenses so will take it back from there ;)

Meals yesterday were Carrot & Ginger Soup with Parsnip Parmesan and Sage Bread. The bread is one of my favourite recipes but I wasn't too keen on the soup - I think I might have put too much ginger in :o Supper was Warm New Potato Salad with Bacon & Blue Cheese which was quick to prepare and delicious :)

I have managed to get myself booked onto a gym class this morning - not easy as I seem to be competing with the whole of Kent for a place at the moment  We did consider cancelling our memberships entirely but have decided to keep it for the moment as we don't know how long it will take us to sell.

WI this evening. I need to take a mug? And an egg?!!

    Have a great day

  • Congratulations on your exciting news. (A tad more exciting than cooker shopping) :)

    Have a lovely day :)

How exciting to have such a big change ahead of you. It's hard when you find perfect houses before yours has even had a viewing!

    Good luck with the decluttering!
