They only advise advoiding peanuts if there is a history of nuts allergies in your family, I've been happily munching my way through them.
Although I am desperate to have a runny egg, don't see the point in having one if it doesn't have runny yolk.0 -

I've eaten both throughout my pregnancy... yes there may be a risk to having runny yokes but if you buy Lion eggs then they've been immunised against salmonella which is the biggest theoretical risk and as with all food advice during pregnancy it's just advice, the risks are generally small and mostly if you say to your midwife 'I'm having a real craving for X' she'll say listen to your body.0
