do need their fair share of their rightful inheritance. My niece helped to defraud the rest by buying and reselling the property then keeping the money from everyone else, she is certainly not blameless.
Gotcha, sorry, I didn't extract it right from the original post, sometimes I find large sections of text hard to digest fully. I thought the neice was still a kid/youngish maybe, my bad.

My Mrs used to work in a hospice, it used to make her so sad stories of families that split over a row decades before then were lonely in old age which is why I hoped there was a way round it if the neice was still young enough not to know better. 0
