It's each to their own with part worn ones. There are those that go on about not trusting them and not knowing the history etc.
I have two sets for my car, summer and winter and all 8 are part worn premium brand tyres and had about 6mm of tread when fitting and cost about a quarter of the cost of new tyres fitted.
Personally I prefer top brand part worn tyres for a fraction of the cost than cheapo chinese made ones.
Have a look on ebay for part worns and find someone who also does fitting included.0 -

I've found if you go to one of these small part worn tyre places with cash and ask him for his best offer and knock him down abit more after. Half the time they get liquidated stock cheap, keep them off the books and sell off the books. I got 4 brand new mid range tryes fitted for £160, while they were being fitted I could't find online the one's I got fitted for less than £65 a tyre.0

I live in Birmingham.
Which website is the cheapest when it comes to tyres?
Is there a tyre price comparison site?
Anyone can reccomend any local tyre places in birmingham?

There is more to choosing a tyre than just cost.
Nobody is going to be able to give you a simple answer to a where is cheapest question. You need to decide on the sort of tyres you want and then look at a few places to see where is best for those. It doesn't take that long to try a few websites (I'm not aware of a relevant price comparison site).
If you end up considering Michelin tyres (and I'm not advising you one way or the other) then you may be interested in their current fuel voucher offer:

I have never found cheaper than Camskill for tyres online.0

Then you have to add on 10 or 15 quid for fitting though. Blackcircles compare well.0
