Thanks for that! I turned it to open right away. Must've skimmed over that bit in the manual.

Well i returned my broken mop today got another one, just used it for 2 mins and hmmmm another one bites the dust. the ball that is at the bottom has disintegated into bits, i thought on opening it looked a bit dirty, possibly already used. I will not be getting another one i am absolutley appalled by the standard of this, maybe i am just unlucky, but i will be having strong words with the manager tomorrow, pffft i must be the unluckiest mum in the world.
Back to my old mop it is for now then.

I say ball but it is the bit that goes into the black bit at the bottom that lets it swivel and move.

Gutted. I've just ordered one off Amazon for £29.99, although free delivery. I'm normally very careful about getting the best deal.

It looks like its a good steam cleaner, and mop, plus my supplier looks reliable re: replacement bits, so that will have to be good enough, as already dispatching.
