Nipped into my local today and asked if they had ANY steam mops and they brought this one! Was really pleased as i had tried to get it onine without any luck. It cleaned my laminate lovely - i steamed my carpets too althought you cant tell that much except in my boys room - he's had a mince pie trodden into his carept when he was 1 (he's almost 5 now) and i've tried EVERYTHING to get it out, carpet cleaner, scrubbing, hoover, turpes, hoovering for aggggesss.....anyway 2 mins with the stem mop and its completely gone! SO pleased!!

Steam mops are really good. Although only 900w, it seems worth £20.

I ordered 2, one for my Mum and one for me. One got delivered today. On the order sheet it says that it's 1 pack of 1, and they've charged 22.95, despite having it confirmed on my e-mail that there were 2 ordered and paid for at 42.95. I'm in the process of chasing them up now.

Edit: They've been sent out separately! Both loaded onto vans 3 days apart for delivery, both ordered at the same time. How daft. I hope i'm not charged twice for delivery.

The second mop was delivered by another driver less than half an hour after the first!

Got one in store today and I've just used it on my kitchen floor. It cleaned it really well and I got stains like dried in weetabix off with very little effort - I have small children! However, it has left my floor very wet - I thought the idea of it was that your floors dry instantly?

Picked mine up this morning. Used it in the kitchen and the dog's room.
I put the carpet attachment on to try it out in the living room and exactly the same thing happened to mine.
I hadn't even used it for 10 minutes.
Really disappointed as I loved how clean it made the floor.

Hope everybody else has better luck!

did u have the plastic bit over the mircofibre cloths?
if so you dont use that for laminate/hard wood floors

i also found when you 1st turn it on it gives off a lot of water so i switch it on over my sink 1st without the cloth then put the cloth on bout a min after it started steaming.

also make sure the switch is on closed for 30 secs before you turn to open to give it time to heat up
