On the W/WATER site it tells you about 'Water assist' where you can get your bills capped. I think we are eligible but OH does not. Come Jan we will have a newborn, 3yr old and 10yr old and will get tax credits..OH said that all 3 children must be in full time education, I think its just worded strange and means that they must be under the age when they can leave school so will would be eligible then..whos right, me or him?

You are right, it is badly worded. If you receive a qualifying benefit (Tax Credits) and Child Benefit for 3 or more children under 19 years, you will qualify. I would definitaly apply once the new baby arrives. Good Luck0
