Had a call from a company called "Everything Everywhere

Hi all, I'm nearing the end of my T-mobile contract and have 4 months to go.Today I received a call from a company called "everything Everywhere" telling me how I can change my tariff early at no extra cost.It seems a good deal 2000 minutes a month, unlimited texts and web all for £21-00 a month. She told me they would change my sim card their end and I didn't need to do anything.
The reason I'm dubious is the girl said she was ringing from T-mobile ad when she sent the details to my e-mail there were no T&C etc and also it does seem very cheap.I would also mention I had a call 3 days ago from another guy offering me a new I-phone 4S ,2000 min a month, unlimited text, web etc for £28-00 a month .When I asked him to send me details he said he couldn't and it was a one time offer.
My question is are "Everything Everywhere" genuine and if so why don't they say up front who they are? and also would T-mobile contact me direct nearer the end of my contract?. Its my first monthly contract ,previously always PAYG so I'm in the dark.......... Any advice/comments ?..........

Everything Everywhere = T Mobile
It's the name of the group which encompasses them and Orange.0 -
As is very common knowledge, Everything Everywhere is the company that owns Orange UK and T-Mobile UK after the two companies merged in 2010. A quick search on Google would have shown you this.0

Thanks for the reply NFH/cubegame , I did google it but I find it strange that she didn't say she was from EE.Her e-mail was written on plain paper, no T-mobile headed notepaper. One sentance long and at the bottom in small print was Everything Everywhere ltd .
So why not be upfront and say who she was and why no terms and conditions? its very un professional IMO. I'm at a loss to know why they would offer me 2000 minutes, unlimited web etc for £21-00 when I'm currently paying £30-00 a month for 300 minutes and limited download. They could have sent me the offer via secure log in "My T-mobile", like most people I'm dubious of any phone offer that looks too good to be true...0 -
I'd still be very wary - it is not unknown for firms to allude to be related to the primary network/group, and if truth be told, it is expected that the Orange & T-Mobile branding with BOTH disappear (to be replaced with some more enigmatic, no doubt).
If you don't need a new contract, ignore the offer - and see what pans out down the line, as this will keep all your options open.0 -
Even on your credit file as it tooDon't put your trust into an Experian score - it is not a number any bank will ever use & it is generally a waste of money to purchase it. They are also selling you insurance you dont need.0

Stay well clear till you are in your last month or later. I am willing to be that they are NOT official EE - why would they need to change your sim card?
You could find yourself paying for 2 contracts in parallel.
Wait till you are in the driving seat and then get the deal you want.0
