glad to see the back of this item

Has anyone got one of those items that is continually being relisted and that you are really sick of seeing sitting there? I had one of those things, it is just a tad too expensive to give up on and dump but I am completely fed up of it, just keep relisting and never even getting a watcher.

Today my item has a bid- a whole entire real bid- hurrah, can't wait for auction to end in a few hours and finally pack this thing and get rid of it.

I do so hope buyer pays......

I'd end it early and send an invoice before they have time to change their mind! :D;)

I have had one of those items as a BIN for the last year, I did not like it and must have had a lapse of judgement when I bought it - was just thinking of sending it to auction and hoping for the best but finally someone bought it!
Actually I have a few such items, but at 10p per month I tend to let them sit for a while...

I have a couple of items like that - they are worth too much just to give away or start @ 99p. Every free listing - up they go - one of them finally got sold last week and the guy actually wanted to pay me before the listing ended (he was going on holiday). It gave me some hope for the other stuff.

Even stranger, is when you have that lingering item and think to yourself.

"If it's not gone this time, it's going to the charity shop"
Low and behold you suddenly get 10 watchers and 3 bids by the 3rd day!

I am often amazed by what doesn't sell, and even more amazed at times for what does sell for good money!

I've tried selling a few bits and bobs for 99p each a few times, but nothing sold. Put them on for £10 with the free listings, and lo and behold, most of them went for about £15. Strange but true.

If we have a slow selling line that takes a while to get rid of, the most profitable one is always the last one we have, I put it down to some evil conspiracy to make me think buying more is a good idea.
