Four areas show great opportunities and significant potential in hydrocarbon reserves ( gas and oil).
This said Minister Yannis Maniatis, who simultaneously announced that from today the Norwegian company PGS, collected data length of 12,500 km., will sell the data to oil companies.
The registration program, processing and interpretation of data , obtained using Geostreamer GS, an innovative technology of PGS, which minimizes noise in the data and facilitates clearer, more in-depth search.
The data is in progress and completed in December 2013, and the original program collection of data expanded from 8500 km to 12,500 km. Since then the issue concealed!
The first area starts from the northwest of Corfu, on the boundaries of Albania, and extends downward, Paxos and Antipaxos, until the marine area of the Ionian Sea facing the Amvrakikos Gulf.
The second the area west of Kefalonia and reaches the third maritime area off of Katakolo.
The fourth is the promising area south of Crete, which extends up to the border with Libya and west of Italy.
At the same time, the next 24 hour the political leadership of the ministry , after consulting the special committee will announce the companies first three contractors "plots" that will start the investigations with drilling rigs. These Ioannina, the Gulf of Patras and the western Katakolon.
Around the end of next year is expected to fall and the first drilling rigs that will show and the final size of the deposits.

:eek: Heads up, preppers, something has broken the Noo Yawk Stock Exchange. All trading down for 2 + hours and United Airlines and Wall Street Journal also co-incidentally having severe problems.

i have fond memories of Europe in the early nineties , is studied in Bremen for 12 months .... seemed to get Erasmus money every month...party time. I feel for the greeks........ the tories have surprised .me with the living wage.... especially rising to £9 per hour in 5 years.....my labour head is going ... very welcome carry on..... the economist part of me wonders how business will adapt to a 6% increase in wages every year.... bound to cost jobs or will some off surplus unearned income/capital be used.... caring capitalism anyone....dont hold your breath0
