Oh yes please, not a lot of milk and definately no sugar, I'll bring the digestives!!! I'll tell you one thing GQ no one's going to dissasemble my rolling pin and leave it in pieces for the guardian to photograph, my pastry is a weapon in its own right, and with out the rollie pin I can't make it!!!0

Ooh, yes please, thank you GQ, mine's a cuppa black tea. And wooden rolling pins are great (I may have quite a few, thanks to the habit of thumping the bejasus out of poor innocent bits of fleece to make felted slippers & hats) but you really can't beat a cast-iron skillet. Provided you can lift it, of course. I keep in practice by making my guests pancakes every morning...

Sounds good; I'm scoffing white grapes atm but am willing to trade for biscuits.
RAS, I swear I didn't touch them! Am a techo-imbecile.
thriftwizard, come the revolution (about 19.30 hrs GMT tomorrow, keep your diaries clear) you'll be glad of all those rolling pins. Tea's up. Hope Sainsbug's cheapy teabags are OK but have a backup of Earl G if anyone's a bit particular.
Grapes, anyone?Every increased possession loads us with a new weariness.

I've always been a bit cracked myself and figure it helps to let in the light.
Have taken Jiffy the shopping trolley to the 99p Store to stock up on those boxes of B*lvita but they only had 3 left so I got a them plus a lot more of oat bars. Good marching food or bread substitute if the power's off and I can't bake.
Such a breeze doing preptastic shopping with my own set of wheels.Every increased possession loads us with a new weariness.

Soo how are my fellow preppersBeen stupidly busy so had to take a little break to try and catch up with life
Garden is going great guns and all is well in life in general..pupster didn't have to be operated on after all (long story) but has had to have rigourous physio but is finally behaving like a real dog again,DS2 has bounced back as per usual from his op and I've just restrained myself from battering the ole man who came in from the garden all smiles clutching what he thought was a fat round courgette..when it was really a speckled pup squash *curses under breath* I've only been trying to grow one for 3 years and this was to be my first one!
Hope everyone is well and life's not being too harsh on you all I'll be back to usual when DS3 goes back in a couple of weeks..my how the holidays have flown!
