Big Ikea Bags, they use them in Sweden too for container growing, we saw some in Gothenburg last summer and the veg looked superb!!! I think they are 50p each so much cheaper than purpose made ones from garden centres. If you don't have an Ikea locally, I do and could get you some and send them if you want them and don't mind sending me an address, Cheers Lyn xxx.0

Morning all
Mary in a previous life I made polo and dress shirts for Prince Charles amongst othersUsed to work in a shirt factory when we had a textile industry in this country..Our stuff was all Jaeger,Harvey Hudson,Aquascutum,Burberry all Jermyn Street megabucks sort of thing.
I really enjoyed the sewing prog as it was proper sewing we used to have a supervisor come round with a tape measure and count stitches per inch  any less than 12 was a no-no..when it closed and I went to work in a drycleaners someone brought in an Aquascutum shirt made in Bangladesh oh my days the old girl (boss) would have thrown it back at them :rotfl: the size of the stitching, sleeves, collar, shocking!
The sleeves were set in using either a lap seamer (did an open french seam) or a posting machine (like the sealed double stitched seam on jeans) and that was my jobso much easier than doing it on a flat machine..

aw BB best of luck with the op *shudders at the thought of it*
Is this voluntary or some new form of torture you're trying!!! :eek:0 -
Sadly voluntary, because they say it is better to get rid of ingrowing toenails on a diabetic, it means that it is less likely to get infection and gangrene and ultimately loss of said appendage :eek:Blessed are the cracked for they are the ones that let in the light

I had one of those wicker planters too Pineapple, it was a gift as a friend got them on bogoff. It looked lovely for 2 years but had to remove it this year as bits of wicker kept falling off. Just off out to check my greenhouses when I find a warm cardi, its chilly here. I think the seeds are all hiding in the warm compost and I dont blame them
Been wandering round CS's and bargain shops all morning with DD. the CS's really didnt have much of anything good. I did get a pair of brand new curtains to cut up for crafty projects. Fabric is so expensive in the shops  In fact, everything is so expensive that I may not go out again for a while cos' I get really annoyed.Clearing the junk to travel light
Saving every single penny.
