    dont assume she doesnt like you - she may be intimidated by you. or have a problem relating to people.
    just 'Do your job' and try to keep personalities out of it. as long as she does her job then you really shouldnt have a problem should you?

    I completely agree with this. Years ago I had something similar happen to me at work, with one woman feeling threatened and trying to form a clique to exclude me from anything social, and being rude and trying to undermine me in the workplace. I completely ignored it and stayed relentlessly pleasant.

    Her behaviour did not however go unnoticed. Within 6 months she had been "managed out" of the team by the bosses, and once she had gone everything settled down to being a normal office with everyone being reasonably pleasant to each other and no one attempting to exclude anyone else. It wasn't the most pleasant 6 months before she left I grant you, but ignoring the behaviour and rising above it did far more for my reputation with those who were senior and my relationships with those at the same level, than any overt reaction or complaint ever would or could have done.
