Well you won't be able to get expert help on pepipoo which could have seen you through the whole process. Any thread without pictures would soon fall to page 2 and be forgotten over on that forum.

All I can say is that your PCN was issued by a CCTV camera so you need to read the PCN small print to find out how to see the video footage. The moving footage. Not their carefully-selected pictures. You need to see what they filmed, if it was only a few seconds showing a passenger alighting then you could include in your further appeal that it's trivial (de minimis is the term you can use, a mre trifle that the law should not be concerned with).

However that photo they sent you of another bus stop sign, keep that if they are claiming it relates to that bus stop and if you are certain it does not. You can use that to show the adjudicator that they have misled you; include reference to it in your appeal to PATAS (adjudication).

Because you will probably have to take this to adjudication. The rejection letter will tell you the process. Do not miss the deadline. You are only risking possibly having to pay the penalty itself if you lose, no costs or anything. And you pay nothing if you win of course!

Thank you-I did stop for a couple of minutes as we had heard the tubes weren't running properly and I was making sure my friend wasn't stranded.

When I phoned them the other day, they said that I would have to pay the full amount if I lost ie £130 rather than £65 at discount-is this true?

Yes, if you lose at the adjudication then you have to pay the full amount.

Posting the images of the ticket is vital, without being able to see it its like playing football blindfold. Your choice is a small effort in working out how to post them, or buckling and paying up. You have to be prepared to make the effort to stand up and fight, if you do nothing you lose.

If it was a small effort-it would be fine! It's been a massive effort taking hours and hours of time because my main computer and scanner is not working properly and I am waiting for it to be fixed-normally everything runs smoothly-I have had steam coming out of my ears every day!

You shouldnt need to connect the camera, just take a pic and email it to yourself at an email address you use on the internet. Or even take a pic using the facebook app and then copy and paste the pic from facebook. There are many ways to get a pic from your phone without connecting it by the lead.

If not try and find someone to take a pic/scan for you. I cant stress how important it is to get a copy of the ticket for people to look at.

Once you have got a pic/scan post it on the pepipoo forum and they will help you with your appeal.
It's not a smart phone-I can't email the photo. I will have one more try at getting the stuff onto Pepipoo but the amount of time it has already taken, without success is making me feel I have to give up and just pay. I don't have that mich time and emotional energy.

I dont mean this to sound harsh but if you are finding getting a pic onto your computer too much effort then you might as well pay it.

The people over on Pepipoo will tear a ticket apart,, they did mine just the other day, without seeing the picture they wont be able to help you.

Do you have nobody you could send the picture to that could then email it back to you? What about the friend you helped out by dropping them off in the first place? Failing that you could send it to me and I'll email it to you!

Like I said, dont want to sound harsh but you cant expect help if helping yourself is too much effort..

Think that's a fair assessment on it Chris, people are prepared to help you Kitty but they can't if they are not getting all the facts. I suggest to you to pay up the £65 and be done with it then.

They are all or have been suspended from accessing the DVLA database for gross misconduct!
Do you really need to ask what kind of people run parking companies?
