Breach of contract?
Comments

For the love of god...take some responsibility for yourself.
Problem doesn't exist if you do what everyone should and check your bill - you took 8 months to do so, if you are VERY lucky you might get a refund for the insurance, but the two are not connected, so your 24 month contract will still stand.
Do you need to be so aggressive to newbies?0 -
You will get a refund if you have paper work which states that you did not take out the insurance. Just email/post them a copy by recorded post and ask for the charges to be refunded. Its not theft and it wont get you out of a contract which you signed up to.0

I'm not aggressive to anyone. The original poster is trying to get out of a contract 7 months in by being aggressive to Customer Services staff and incorrectly blaming a company for theft.
What am I supposed to do give him/her/you a cuddle, pat on the back and say everything will be okay?
Seriously now...its not a kindergarten...0 -

So you like your phone you're just not willing to pay for it?
Sounds to me like you're trying to get out of the contract and keep the phone, good luck with that......0 -

The insurance will most likely be with a third party anyway, so read your contract (unlike your bills).
Even if the insurance was mis-sold, it is a separate contract and will not enable you to terminate your airtime contract without paying an ETC.No free lunch, and no free laptop
