Anyone know how to sync a Hotmail/Live calander with an android?

I have added my hotmail (live.co.uk) account to my calander on my HTC Desire (android)

added an event to the HTC (not replicated on my live calander)

added an event to my Live calander (not replicated on my HTC)

Whats going on here? Why do i need to add my hotmail account to the setting if its going to be ignored?

Anyone know how to sync a Hotmail/Live calander with an android?
When will the "Edit" and "Quote" button get fixed on the mobile web interface?

    To sync Contacts and Calendar with Hotmail you need to setup your email using the Exchange Activesync wizard, the standard mail option can only send and receive email.

    One this is done check in the People and Calendar app settings that they are both configured to use Exchange activesync.

    Finally the default refresh is every 15 minutes so you may have to change this, wait or do a manual sync to speed the process up.
