Your desktop will temporarily disappear when you do this - it'll return on reboot.
Download OTM and save it to your Desktop.

- Push the large MoveIt! button.
- OTM may ask to reboot the machine. Please click ok & allow it do so if asked.
- The report should appear in Notepad after the reboot. Copy/paste the contents of that report back here in your next reply.

Can you still not access Windows Update?
pc was rebooted few mins ago like i said and i have just tried the windows update and it has worked :j, thank you so much it looks like it has been sorted.
what was causing the problem? something i had done wrong?have now given up smoking since feb 13th 2014 loving the money I'm saving0 -
No, I don't think so. To be honest I can't see what the problem was. The FSS scan you ran showed no problems with Windows Update. There was errors in the DSS log for Windows Update though.
At least the computers had a good checkup and should run better without that junk you had installed.
Re-run DDS again and post the log to check everything has gone (DDS.txt - no need for attach.txt this time) - You can do this tomorrow if you want, it's getting late - It's up to you.
It wouldn't hurt to update & run a quick scan with Malwarebytes too.0 -
