Why book the damn flights in the first place?0

I am sooooo annoyed with Ryanair at the moment. I cancelled my flight after being told I would get a full refund because of this spanish air tax thing..
I paid £432.23 but only got refunded £383.97 - I spoke to Ryanair who said I've got to write a letter to their head office in Ireland and wait for a reply... SOOOO bloody frustrating.. Whats annoyed me most is that I've got to do all the running about when they haven't sent out the refund properly :@
Why they don't have a facility so people can e-mail them.. Would save me alot of time, effort and frustration!0 -
I looked at my statement and see they have refunded me in euro which has resulted in me having a charge of £47... Is this right that they can take the money out as pounds (GBP) and when refunding it, put it back as euros?0
