I've been with 3 for 5 or 6 years now but they are really starting to wind me up!
I was charged £50+ and £30+ in the same month despite not going over any of my limits.
Last Tuesday my outgoing services were cut off and nearly a week later, it's still not working!
Is there anyway I can get out of this contract without paying the £500+ fee due to the issues?
Thanks

In short - no. Presumably you have recently signed a new contract/ You could sell your phone and use that to help pay off the contract though.0

Yes, renewed my current contract in April and had issues ever since. Takes 3 or 4 attempts to ring someone before the line actually kicks in and ringing their call centers is like talking to a brick wall!0
-
Have you tried the sim card in your old phone or another phone?
I've only had one experience of their call centres when trying to cancel a mobile BB dongle so I can understand the problems you might be having0 -
Yes, tried switching phones, resetting phones, the lot! Funnily enough it takes 1 ring to get through to the new contract dept. but 20min for cancellations!0

Have you asked for a replacement sim card?
I guess you could try saying that you wont pay for a service that you cant use and then offer to return the phone in exchange for them cancelling the contract. Very much doubt they would agree to it but if you dont ask.....0 -
Yeah I suppose it worth a go, they can only say no!
I'll let you know how I get on.
