  • Just wondering if anyone else does this?

When decluttering a spot i have little baskets (cheepy Mr t ones). One for each room (master bedroom, DD's Room, DS Room, Bathroom, Kitchen,Playroom, Dining Room, Lounge and Under the stairs even one for the shed)
i found as i was decluttering i was getting shattered running around all the individual rooms... so now i finish the room i am cleaning and move onto the next i put the items for the next rooms basket away until i am at the end of the house and just have all the baskets away .... this really helps avoid hotspots

Although to be honest i haven't done this over the last month and now am paying for it in a mental cleaning day!!!!

Congrats to Mr and Mrs Jelly enjoy your meal

Shopping trip done I've decluttered OH of a few hundred so that was fun:D New bedding for everyone so first lot in the WM now. Rest of DD's uniform bought need to pick up her polo shirt in the morning as they didn't have hers in the shop it was in the stock room and the boss was away with the key! Bought myself a new mop which I'm desparate to try out:cool: Had a coffee at my pals kiosk while I was out and DD had something to eat saved me making lunch. Food shopping put away. Oh! and I remembered to get speakers for PC so I can play song pop now without having a wee usless speaker held to my ear, don't know that it will make my score any better though:rotfl:

Been chewing away on my frog for an hour, that's enough for today!

Time for a list update and as the sun has returned for a bit to put some sheets on the line.

Changed the bedding (task left over from yesterday)

Got a bit more done today. Wasn't feeling so good yesterday so a lot of things didn't get done then. I guess that's one of the (few?!) good things about working in the home, - you can rearrange your days a bit and it doesn't matter, as long as it gets done.. :D
