Your current signature doesn't say anything of the sort - it just says that each lender will have its own scoring system, and as such, they will all give different score.
Credit scoring is an attempt to predict your behaviour in the future. So you can't expect it to be spot on. Even if just a small proportion of scores were wrong, we'd still get people on here with examples of how the scoring system has shown someone to be much better/worse than they perceive themselves to be.
Ultimately, Experian have a significant amount of experience in how peoples behaviours change, and they apply this to come up with an expectation of how they believe you will perform, represented as a score. But you can't expect them to predict the future with 100% accuracy.0 -
it does not ask me what my income is, or how long I have been at my addressDon't put your trust into an Experian score - it is not a number any bank will ever use & it is generally a waste of money to purchase it. They are also selling you insurance you dont need.0

Income is a poor indicator of creditworthiness. I could lose my job tomorrow. From the same income, two different people could save massively different amounts depending on living expenses. Some people will lie about their income. It's not going to tell a bank how likely you are to pay back your debts.
How long you've been at your address - CRAs already know this, since they have access to electoral roll data.0 -

It's because most people get tired of new members coming on the forum thinking they know everything when really they haven't got a clue.
Exactly you've been on here just a week and your argueing with members with experience and knowledge of how experian works.0 -
