Check on the UCAS website, it may say you've been awarded a place. Otherwise you need to wait for a letter with start date and more info.

Huge congratulations on your results and on winning a place! :T

My son is certainly expecting his results mid August.

Maybe the OP isn't taking A2's

When did you apply? Before 15th Jan or after?
Your results situation is odd, can you elaborate? Most results don't come out until August, so you wouldn't have them yet; otherwise you would already have had your results, in which case your offer should have been unconditional (like mine...).
At present the Uni will still be processing applications and preparing for clearing. Rest assured, if you got what your offer asked, you have a place.

It does take a while for them to change your conditional to unconditional, someone has to sit and input things into a computer and at this time of year there are a number of other things still going on.

It'll change before September, and so long as you met the conditions, you will be going to your choice. Well done.

If it's been a couple of weeks then I'd recommend chasing the uni... my sister was in a similar situation and they were taking a while to process her paperwork, she found out she'd fallen through a gap and off their system (and radar!) If she hadn't chased to find out what was going on then she wouldn't be going to uni in September!!
