You could call the admissions tutor at the uni in question. We get quite a few similar calls

Check on the UCAS website, it may say you've been awarded a place. Otherwise you need to wait for a letter with start date and more info.
Huge congratulations on your results and on winning a place! :T
You normally see "accepted" on the UCAS site and you should start getting welcome letters and packs from your chosen university stating the dates/times/whatever...0
