I'm not going to directly tell them they're liars, I will seek advice once I have proof of them lying to see which direction to take I would be making a mistake otherwise.
I was unaware it wasn't against the law to discriminate in the way I feel I'm being discriminated, thanks for pointing this out.
It would not hurt you to read up on a few things on the www.direct.gov.uk site about employment. The following explains discrimination
http://www.direct.gov.uk/en/Employment/ResolvingWorkplaceDisputes/DiscriminationAtWork/DG_10026557
From what you have said it does not appear this is discrimination. Its more like they are moving you for operational reasons or as part of their training policies. You may not like the loss of your bonus but they may see this as a role that gives you more experience.Few people are capable of expressing with equanimity opinions which differ from the prejudices of their social environment. Most people are incapable of forming such opinions.0 -
Thanks for your responses, I went to work today with hopes I would at least get an informal meeting to explain myself but I just got told by my team leader they won't change their mind even though you've improved since the decision was made 2 months ago so you don't get a meeting or chance to explain yourself. (Not in those words but they might as well have done because that sums it up.)
I don't think I'll get anywhere trying anything, they don't even want to begin to discuss it with me.0
