Virgin mobile billing, need contact's no's

Had a mobile contract with VM since last july. Out of 13 bills, 10 have been wrong. I have been pretty patient, but enough is enough. Their c/s people keep sorting it out, but problems keep coming up most months.

Can anyone give me contacts no's or e-mail address of someone higher up the food chain than i have been speaking to.

And what do you expect them to do? The billing platform is flawed, I certainly would never give them a DD for these reasons, so as you are not alone complaining is not a magical fix. Nor is it a reason for an early termination. Diarise your earliest departure date and leave at your earliest convenience.

Any name or number you will get will only pass it on to the teams you have been dealing with.

You may get a beettter response lsiting all the errors and dates ans writing to them than the call centres, as it will be easier to see across the bills whereas the call centre probably only sees the current bills
