My natwest balance is DR - how is this possible!?

Well, i withdrew 3000 from the branch on 27th June but on this mini statement it is showing that 3000 was taken out on 3rd July...so it seems it has been debited twice, can this really be something to do with the natwest glitch? Why would it be debited a few days later rather than the same day?

You've removed the dates and added another 3000.00 debit to your list, you need to call Natwest. If there are two 3000.00 debits they are the only ones who can help you.
